I'm pretty unsure about how this is going to turn out. I feel like they can each one shot the other quite casually but we'll have to see.

Doctor Doom is at his base without Doombots or prep. Speed is NOT Equalized (MHS Doctor Doom). Fight takes place on Mars.

Castiel: 8

Doctor Doom: 1

Inconclusive: 0
 
Counted the vote although could you elaborate on hax? I mean again they can both kill each other rather easily
 
I can't see Doom affecting Cass' non-corporeal true self in anyway. Nor avoiding getting his soul destroyed. Nor avoiding getting his body f*cked at a quantic scale.

Anyway, my money is on Cass. Even Doom's AP advantage wouldn't be enough to stop Castiel - I presume this is God Castiel, of course.
 
Yeah, Cass has this in the bag. While I admit Doctor Doom has a lot of OP haxes, Castile has more than enough to counter them, and then some. Castile FRA.
 
Wow and I thought this would never get added lol that clutch at the end.

Anyway this can be closed and added, only needs to be added to Doom's profile since it's locked
