I think we should move bill cipher to town - country level, where he belongs

He is haxy, but he simply isnt consistent enough to be multiversal. There are too many plot holes, inconsistencies and low showings for bill to be considered multiversal. Especially considering the fact that he has never done anything that is truly multiversal.

Even the rift, wasnt created by bill. It was created by ford. When it broke bill simple ripped it further. Like if you accidentally ripped a hole in your bed sheet. Over time it gets bigger and bigger, just by nature of you sleeping in it.

its the same way. There is literally no evidence for multiversal bill cipher and this site should either show me substantial evidence or downgrade bill.

well. The time baby feat was calced to be around country level, but it could be an outlier.

Man, I thought you had to be at least universal+ to be a threat to a multiverse of intinite, control all of space and time, and be able to one shot a being able to alter the timeline at his will, but I guess I was wrong

Ok. First, he killed Time Baby, in one shot might I add, who was at least low 2-C for governing at least one space time continuum. Second, he destroyed the laws of physics when he entered gravity falls as seen when gravity literally broke. Thirdly, he stated himself as having a "Multi-Dimensional" make over when he talked with Ford and I have two scans from the real life Journal 3 which is canon material produced by Al

ex Hirsch, the producer of Gravity Falls. So I have provided 5 pieces of evidence to support 4-D+ Bill, just like you wanted.

I think he means to say is that the downgrades were debunked many times. Also, Bill literally one-shotted the Time Baby, who is Low 2-C
