Black Alice vs UKG

UKG's curses alone rip her and the multiverse apart before she gets a chance to absorb anything.

And if she does get a chance to absorb anything, none of UKG's own powers could put it down either, and she loses the powers a short period of time later, and UKG regenerates if it was erased and then kills her.

When she absorbs powers, everything her opponent has gets taken away (which includes regen and immortality).She reduced the Spectre into a ghost fading out of existence, does the same to Phantom Strange and she was able to turn into a 5D genie once
 
Assuming Alice is not simply corrupted and killed by being in the same multiverse as UKG...

Black Alice absorbs UKG's powers -> Black Alice erases UKG, sending it to the World of Witches or something -> Black Alice loses the powers -> UKG gets its powers back, comes back, murders her.

Alice strips her of everything she has though, how can UKG come back if she strips her of everything she has, turning her into a human (if she was a human) then erases her from existence
 
It's even easier than that for UKG

Alice absorbs -> becomes the AoC

Beings conceptually developed to absorb curses aren't able to withstand them without being overwhelmed
 
As abstract as something that's basically a non-exisent concept in a non-existent multiverse which has already been conceptually erased when she was a 5-B? And this is assuming she doesn't do anything, because she can block her in nonexistence and put a law so that she can't excape

It's basically conceptual despair.

It corrupts body, mind and soul and turns you into the AoC.

It also works 2-As (AoC), and it can affect abstract, nonexistent beings etc scaling from Madoka who is < UKG (not in the sense of weaker, in the sense "Ult. Madoka is an inferior form and UKG can do what she can do except better in some cases")
 
Also, Spectre is 2-A at his peak when amplified by the DC heroes and normally qualifies for much lower levels, while UKG is >>>>>>>> Ultimate Madoka who is a solid 2-A for rewriting the space-time and the laws of reality across an infinite multiverse.

I only kept this open to get an answer on what curses were, soooo
