Garou hears about a new hero making a name for himself over in the States. Always one to seek out a challenge, the Hungry Wolf makes his way to the Big Apples weird fictional cousin, Empire City, in search for this supposed "Electric Man." The hunt is on.

The Hero Hunter vs The Electric Ma

Human Garou vs inFAMOUS 1 Good Cole

SPEED EQUALIZED

Location:
Empire City, Neon District

Conditions: Garou has basic knowledge of Cole's abilities and weaknesses (lets pretend that Cole has a section in the Hero Association Guidebook).

Cole knows who Garou is (through reputation only) and that he uses a strange type of martial art, but does not know of Garous abilities.

Evolving Boi:

Sparky Boi:

Inconclusive:
* (Gargoyle One, COB, Thatoneguy, DMUA, VersusJunkie, Izzartho, SamuraiSp00py, TeenAngel)

Winner via DEATH, KO or INCAPACITATION

WHO WINS AND WHY?

Imma wait for Core.

But for now, probably inconclusive, if Cole finishes him off quickly with his initial AP advantage he can win, but if he doesn't Garou reacts and destroys him with Lightning resistance.

Well, speed is equalized, but Garou scales to characters who scale to a Mach 3508.77 feat, and Cole scales to a character who performed a Mach 1191.3 feat.

I was about to say if they were equal you wouldn't have to equalize speed, but I forgot the Mach 3000 feat.

Yeah, unfortunately inFamous is on the lower end of the MHS+ scale (in relation to other MHS+ characters)

When we have characters who breach Rel+ to FTL, Lower end of MHS+ isn't much to complain about.

Work in a bit so can't comment too much. Garou's reactive evolution is definitely better but Cole has range and versatility initially. Issue is how the battle plays out. I really want to go into detail but I really can't say anything particular dictates how the battle goes. Siding with a tie for now.

While I am definitely biased towards Garou, this battle much more likely to be inconclusive seeing as how Garou would first need to get over the fact that Cole has many powers at his disposal. Becuase of said powers it gonna be hard for Garou to be able to properly Evolve a resistance to it and make it harder for his precog to be effective. Cole's regen and Ressurection will definitely help give Cole a chance to further abuse his powers, also Cole has the stamina advantage by a long shot.

Cole, on the other hand, has to deal with Garou near insane Martial Prowess, Watchdog man's movements could give Garou more time to analysis Cole and if he gets aggressive maybe deal some damage to cole. Any physical attacks Cole would throw is only gonna get deflected by Water Streaming Rock Smashing Fist and if it's electric amped that gives Garou's evolution something to work with.

So unless cole has more powers in his Good version it gonna be inconclusive unless cole has some sort of "lol gg" hax in his good form it's gonna be inconclusive until more info is presented.

he stomped overgrown rover who took no damage when fighting bang who is a baseline mountain level via one shotting a bunch of city levelers when heavily injured.

also defeated superalloy dark shine once his limiter started breaking who previously broke Garou's ribs and stopped Water Streaming Rock Smashing Fist via pure strength. Also, Garou has stat amping which is tied towards his reactive evolution which would increase his AP during the fight.

He's going to need it to kick in quickly in this fight.

Cole end of Infamous 1 is far above his BoS self that created a 347 megaton storm just by activating his powers.

while I don't think Cole can one shot in this fight, cole does still have the immediate AP advantage but Garou has dealt with this kind of situation I.E when he fought an amped Metal bat, Bang when Garou was severely weakened to the point even Genos could do some damage and the early parts of his fight with superalloy dark shine. And he still has his crazy martial arts skill which can keep Garou alive long enough for his amping and Evolution to kick.

Cole's flight is kinda shit TBH, it's only pseudo flight and is only useful for short jumps.

Just rerealized this was Infamous 1, yup. It doesn't provide much advantage. That said.... do you think Cole can just easily tag him with swarms of electricity? Like electric arcs instead of lightning bolts? I don't think Garou ever deflected those even with his resistance.

@COB

I guess he could? He's shown to use his lightning in various different ways (bolts, omnidirectional blasts, beams, psuedo-armor, etc)
