I....Don't really know of this will work, Ill wait a bit for some answers, but could the RSB incapacitate her? IIRC it only brings her back if she dies, but I don't think the RSB can really kill her.
I know if she transmutes she can probably win that way, although transmutation IIRC is an attack that can be dodged.
I'll go with inconclusive ATM, depends on if RSB can incapacitate or Black Hole can kill.

The Silver Crystal is a Low 2-C power source when utilized fully. The only people that really interact with the Crystals and Star Seeds directly are later in the story.
The Black Holes are more trouble for Usagi than the Silver Crystal itself.

Alright, definitely an inconclusive then, neither of them can kill the other.
RSB MIGHT be able to incapacity by shutting down her organs and not necessarily killing her but that's really stretching it, plus Auto Shields block the blast.
