Minuscule yet hilarious Super Sonic buff.

In Sonic 4 episode 1 Sonic can force slot machines to give him a jackpot. This means he has probability manipulation. Also in Sonic 4 episode 2 Eggman and Metal Sonic can knock SS back but that's probably an outlier.
 
Is everything Sonic does a game mechanic? He forces a slot machine to give him a jackpot. Saying that is a game mechanic is like saying that status amplification is a game mechanic.
 
This could also just be technological manipulation via messing with the slot machine itself.

Yeah. That is nothing but luck.

It doesn't make sense that Sonic receives Prob Manip., even though it's just luck. Like, if that was Prob. Manip. then lol, we all have Prob. Manip., since we humans can do basically the same thing.
 
What are you talking about? You have a 100% chance to get a jackpot as Super Sonic. I don't see what you people are talking about. It is literally impossible to get anything besides jackpots if you're playing as super sonic. What you are saying is that Mario characters and Humans can literally turn every possible outcome of a slot machine into a jackpot simply by using it. Not timeing it, not fiddleing with it, but by using it normally.
 
I'm not sure. I think it'd be listed as possible Probability Manipulation. But this is definitely something to take into consideration. I'll wait for further imput.

How can we be sure of what you are saying? In fact, that link is the only time so far where Super Sonic gets a jackpot. And again, that could simply be luck.

We lack a lot of info, we basically lack everything. Maybe the developer of the game just made this "mechanic": since Super Sonic is a stronger and better form of Base Sonic, they just thought "what about making for him a special treatment"?

Then again, that is just an assumption. Just like your sentence is.

This is a pointless thread, honestly. Super Sonic never showed such an ability in any game that include "receiving an item" (like Sonic heroes and other 2D Sonic games), and the only time that Super Sonic "shows" that ability is nothing but a mere assumption based on...nothing, really.

Also Smasho, that's not true, at all. That is the link you posted at the very beginning, AND THE ONLY TIME WHERE SONIC shows that ability. How can we be sure that "everytime you play as Super Sonic, you get a jackpot" even though you only posted one time when Sonic got a jackpot?

Anyway, that's essentially what happens:

- When Normal Sonic, the slot machine works as intended

- When Super Sonic, the slot machine always hits the jackpot

Correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't Super Sonic had some grasps of reality warping? Maybe he forced the Jackpot by himself.

Your point was fair, don't get me wrong. It was just put harshly

Anyway, as of now I agree that this is not Luck Manipulation. Could be a game mechanic, could be reality warping, could be the machine acts funny when in contact with the Emeralds/Super Sonic, could be a random easter egg. Could be a thousands of different things, no need to put it in a all-new Luck Manipolation feature.

Anyway, by Luck Manipulation, you mean the ability Smashor mentioned (Prob Manipulation)?
