Enerjak vs. Annoying Dog

Omnipresence is a fine argument, but Enerjak's got Spatial and Time Manipulation too.
 
Yeah, Enerjak doesn't stand a chance. Annoying Dog has Omnipresence, as well as 4th Wall Awareness, Toon Force, and Reality Warping, and his Acausality and Immortality can easily help with Enerjak's Time and Space Manipulation. Let's face it, Annoying Dog has too many favorable powers at his disposal, and is able to counter most of what Enerjak has to offer. Now, this wouldn't be a cakewalk for Annoying Dog, obviously, but I think he will eventually be able to come through.
