What's with the FW spam? Last I checked he's not an overly OP character like 682, Reinhard or BB.

What gives?
 
@Sir Ovens you do know you're talking about a tier 2 dragon ball character with a lot of hax right? The fact that this is a thing makes it a big deal to a lot of people in this wiki.
 
But the dude still gets stacked by any decent tier 2-C or 2-B, which is most of them.
 
Huh, can't wait for a whole lotta inconclusives in his wins and losts section.

No idea. He never used it against Frisk but that's because he didn't think of them as a threat until the souls he absorbed started rebling against him at which point he couldn't use his powers.

Flowey as reset the game and created so many timelines that he knows every single thing that could possibly happen in the Underground down to the slightest detail. That one universe for every reset. So yeah he's pretty far into 2-B. Not sure where future warrior stands though.

Well, right now I'm voting Flowey due to AP advantage, which allows him to knock FW unconscious (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Regen doesn't help against that).

Because Future Warrior's Mid-Godly regen comes from a certain soul in his body (at least if I am reading his profile right it does) so if Flowey can absorb it then there goes the Future Warrior's Regenerationn.

The source of FW's Mid-Godly is literally a certain soul he has in his body. If that was removed he would no longer have that level of Regen.
 
Yet when that soul and the body gets erased it still comes back.

Removing it ain't gonna help
