Hell King Spawn vs Android 21

Gotta give it to the king of Hell here.

His Hellfire can burn her on a molecular level, his regen is leagues above her's to the point where I not sure if she can even kill him, plus he can stop time, warp reality, can transfer his own pain on to her, can see all of her attack coming with his precognition, if you read the dicription given for his mind monipulation it sounds alot like a certain ability that this guy has, and on top of all of that 21's Sweet Tooth might not even work seeing as how Spawn him self can shape shift.

Honestly I just don't see a way for 21 to win.
 
Yeah, the waves were actually pretty powerful. Able to downgrade the 3-A Goku to Yamcha level and limit him to super Saiyan form only.
 
Indeed. And that's with the player's soul enhancing Goku, otherwise his consciousness is suppressed and he couldn't even move. Even with the player's soul, his body is heavy and originally couldn't even transform to Super Saiyan.
 
So.....

What can Spawn really do against that? Seems like he just gets omegapowernulled and 21 Turns him into candy and eats him.
 
Not going to help when he's been power nulled all the way to an Unconscious High 4-C.
 
Not sure the reasons above are valid when they haven't even addressed the points for 21.
 
Oh I forgot to mention that the player's soul actually couldn't even bring goku's Consciousness back to reality. It was the player's soul AND Bulma's "wave nullifier machine" (lol at the name) that allowed Goku to come back to his body, heavy, weaker and incapable of going Super Saiyan until much later, but still conscious. So Android 21's wave has the effects of: Downgrading one's Tier (at least from 3-A to tier 4) and if that's seems NLFish, at least severely weakening someone to the point that they're fodder tier in their verse (Android 21's 3-A comes from Goku getting his power back since Bulma later perfects her wave nullifier but Android 21 still is able to kick goku's Ass from what I saw in the Android 21 thread), Consciousness suppression, power nullification (ex. super Saiyan which is stat amp), and memory manipulation (Krillin was incapable of remembering of what happened after the waves affected him)
 
Can Spawn use his Hax while completely incapacitated?
 
Well, from what we see in game, it basically nullified all most of the Z-Fighters power and put them into a permanent state of unconsciousness.

Goku himself states "It's weird. I really want to wake up, Mostly because I'm super starving, but I just can't."

He needs the player's non corporeal soul to fight for him, until Bulma invented a machine to nullify the wave's effects partially so Goku could at least wake up.
 
Because at the end of the Game Bulma perfects her wave nullification machine and they have a final encounter.
 
It basically incaps everyone effected by it and drains their powers substantially.
 
It couldn't incap Yamcha.


That said Spawn is so infinitely superior to Yamcha it ceases to be humorous.
 
I don't think it'd be strong enough with how weakened he'd be. It'd be High 4-C mindhax against a 3-A. It could possibly work, since the only Mental Resilience feat in the entirety of Dragon Ball was Vegeta's stubbornness, but it seems too unlikely, especially since 21 Would just immediately transmute and eat him. Since this is bloodlusted and all.
 
Is Hellfire potent enough to deal with a healing factor that can recover from being turned to smoke? And even then, all 21 has to do is push the button.
