Does his resurrection work on himself and is quick? Because otherwise Mami takes this via Power Null and massive range advantage.
 
Doesn't Ribbon Trap just... hold the person in place? Because if so, teleportation.

Also regen and Type 8 are gonna be a problem for her.
 
Pretty sure we've gone over this, but no. It also prevented Homura from using teleportation ironically enough.

Assuming the regen isn't nulled, she can just incap him like she did several times to Homura instead of finishing him off.
 
He could always teleport before the threads ensnare him. He could also cut through them with his chains or burn them.
 
Not his fighting style sadly.

The ribbons are more durable than he is strong.
 
Can't burn them Because said fire gets nulled, and that's assuming he'll teleport around threads that are nigh-impossible to see.
 
The original one should have gone to Homura, not sure why everyone voted for ST when it was pointed out that nearly half of it wouldn't even work.
 
Normally yes, but ironically enough the character being spited against can actually win.

Anyway, yeah. I actually do think Mami takes this for the reasons already said, and I say this despite liking Ghost Rider more than anyone in PMMM at the moment.
