Probably in the same ballpark to be honest.
The feat was done by Ridley at his absolute weakest, and Samus tanked that in a weaker suit.

Well yeah, but according to the profile she took the hits while Ridley was at it weakest.
Would the ice beam freeze Mami if she intercepts it with a ribbon shield? I don't remember if the Wave Beam can be combined with the Ice Beam (which is her go to weapon from what I gathered in other threads). And how is the AoE in this key?

Casual Holy Mami who is focusing on something else (7,43 gigatons) <<<<< Serious Holy Mami
So the gap is probably a bit bigger than the starting one. Not big but still enough to be relevant.
From what i'm seeing the ice beam seems the most dangerous thing due to Mami's immortality and healing helping against everything else, unless her analysis is good enough to tell her about the soul gem.

Well her scan visor was able to tell her that she needed to overload a corrupted entity with phazon to kill her, an entity that no one in her universe has ever encountered before. So it's safe to assume she'll get info on the soul gem.

Then inconclusive I guess. It has enough AoE to be impossible to dodge and it one shots, but Holy Mami can also one shot with Florence's reality warping and arguably the AP boost given by Doppel Florence (who is >> Florence who is >>>> Holy Mami). Also ribbon trap.
