Green Lantern vs Nova

I'd say Hal becasue his versatility like Intangibility, Invisibility and Illusion Creation.

Though it would likely been energy battle and I don't know which is in the higher 4-B.

I'll still say Hal for now.
 
Nova was capable to lobotomize Ego the living planet with a single blast, the same one who can make Thor a run for his money. He also fought a bloodlusted Thor and withstanded some attacks from Gladiator.

GL on the other hand is likely below the likes of Superman and WW.

Powers otherwise, their are pretty much even, though GL has better versatility with his enery manipulation due to his energy constructs.

Intangibility? Don't remember him using it a lot in combat, reality warping? No idea where this came from, same with Time manipulation, probably going to re-read some issues...

I better go with Hal, mainly due to better energy manipulation and more intelligence.
 
Also, Hal is higher on the 4-B scale.

Nova is 257 KiloFOE via Thor's feat of restoring a star.

Green Lantern is 615 KiloFOE via the Infinite Mass Punch feat.
