I realized both are High 4-C so we can have a battle.

I wont be monitoring this, so please dont get too derailed or anything. This wont have any attention most likely, as 90% of my threads.

Anyway:

Serious Round: Perfect Cell vs Excalibur Sonic

Bonus fun round: Mister Perfect Cell (dbza) vs Sonic.

MrPC has all his feats from the dbza continuity (including freaking infinite speed lol)

Speed equalized for the serious round ovo

Round 1: Cell has the AP, skill and Regenerationn advantage. He is also technically smarter, but that's less of a point. He wins here IMO.

Round 2: Mr. Perfect Cell is established as an equal to Saitama. He would handily stomp all of fiction OvO.
 
Round 1: Agreed with Kepekley23. Cell just blantantly is superior in most of the areas.

Round 2: Mr Perfect Cell helps sonic with his thesis, probably after forcing him into a children's cardgame.
