That is more of an offensive ability than a resistance. If someone has feats of time haxing infinite or immeasurable characters, Uxie is vulnerable. Otherwise it is a waste of time (pardon the pun) to even bring up time hax.The real cal howard said:

I mean, that's not really much, especially when it's only seen on humans.
What comes to mind in my eyes is Enerjak and Bill Cipher being hapless while fighting each other due to this.

It takes 3 guardians to retstrain either Dialga or Palkia, so the comments saying Uxie could shrug off time manip on his own seem baseless.
Also, Uxie is only ever stated to wipe the memories from normal humans in the dex AFAIk, yet it would still work because mind hax was never agreed to be limitied to a dimensional scale, only physical hax was agreed to, and God-Man isn't truly a 4-D being, he is a 3-D being who can manifest 4-D power.
Actual 4-D characters would dwarf space-time continums.
Uxie should take this unless God-Man has a legitimate feat of mind manip resistance.
