It seems like the Hunter is the more hax of the two and has far greater versatility. So I'd argue he could take it Unless Toriko had a massive AP advantage I don't see

@DMUA iirc Toriko's Probability manip isnt combat applicable, and the Hunter has Mind hax in the form of the Bloodletter

To put in simple Toriko gourmet luck is from Frohze, and Joe can use gourmet luck because he have Frohze body while Midora gourmet luck is from copy paste Joe(and later zonge) gourmet luck.
