Possible One-Punch Man Upgrade

Sonic3
during the sonic vs hellfire and gale fight, sonic throws an exploding shuriken at Gale who's only like 30cm away. Gale catches it and this is the interesting part. The shuriken literally explodes while Gale is still holding it and yet Sonic, Gale, Hellfire are all able to escape the explosion despite the fact that it exploded literally right in their faces. This has to be more than MHS+
Sonic4

Go for it but im telling you right now its not going to be anywhere near their current speed rating, let alone higher

The speed of a standard explosion is mach 23, far lower than the mach 3500 feat.

It should get calced at least. I too don't think it will be MHS+ but it should be calced just to see what happens. Maybe I'll get proved wrong.

@Death

No. We won't see, because this isn't going to upgrade anyway. This feat would be rife with assumptions as is.

1. We would have to assume the the shuriken explodes directly in front of her, and that she didn't just drop it and dodge before it goes boom.

2. We would have to assume their distance traveled. There is nothing to scale that explosion to except some trees in the background. That wouldn't give an accurate result at all.

3. They would only need to be slightly faster than the explosion in order to dodge it. Even point-blank, if you're faster than a projectile you can outrun it, regardless of starting distance. Of course that assumes you have ridiculous acceleration, but these two have already shown that they DO have that.

Sorry but no. Tons of assumptions, and not an impressive feat compared to Sub-Rel anyway. Light is stupid fast. Even being 1% of it would make you more than one hundred times faster than the fastest explosion.

Well, when Assaultwaffle puts it that way, I'll have to agree with him.

(*internal screaming intensifies*)
