Both at 8-A. This is Alex Mercer from the first Prototype game vs Sasori in his puppet body.

Sasori is allowed to summon any puppets. Speed is equalised.

I'm voting for my boy Alex Mercer here, his regen makes him virtually un-killable to Sasori who's best attacks include the water cannon, the fire cannon, the Iron Sand, & poison but considering he can regenerate on a cellular level the first three are virtually useless, the poison could have worked but Alex is resistant to things like that if I remember. Alex is a better hand to hand combatant in comparison & he has fairly good range with his tendril graveyard, his armor makes him even harder to harm. Taking care of his 100 puppets should be no problem either, all things in hand Alex seems to be the victor in my opinion.
 
If it was lightning I would say Sasori

But I'm gonna side with Alex here. It would be difficult for him to pull off a win but it's likelier as long as he keeps blocking against all puppets.
 
sasori would make it a much longer fight due to alex not knowing his weakness, but since sasori lacks a killing strategy due to reasons above he would lose to alex on a long fight as sasori would try everything he can to find an opening, strike but not enough to finish him

Actually I believe Alex can find out Sasori's weakness with his thermal vision and detect the heat of Sasori's living core. I mean it is still living and should technically have heat.
 
Vote for Alex. First his Shapeshifting has granted him the ability to both shapeshift and fashion his body into weapons. Second, he has Super Strength allows him to lift and destroy cars, trucks, tank turrets, APCs, and helicopters and throw them great distances, as well as leave craters in the ground with punches. Third his healing factor make him unkillable (Nigh-Immortal). Sasori don't has chance to against him
 
I'll go with Alex for reasons above but I don't know if we can count this considering his Regen makes it impossible for Sasori to have a chance at winning.
