With this feat of the clash between All Might and All for One, they have both been calculated at 7-C in their weakened states.

In this calc, All Might's speed has been calculated at Mach 2.5 or Supersonic+

This is also only 1/60th of their original strength and speed from their Prime states.

Strength:

17 x 60 = 1,020 Kilotons or 1.02 Megatons (Low 7-B)

Speed:

Mach 2.5 = 857.5 m/s

857.5/(1/60) = 51450 m/s or Mach 150 (Massively Hypersonic)

Weakened All Might/All for One: 17 Kilotons and Mach 2.5

Prime All Might/All for One: 1.02 Megatons and Mach 150
