If Goku can resist time hax and jiren can resist time hax and he himself blew up a timeline with no ill effects, he likely can resist some time hax. Not saying he wins, I don't think that, but he does have some resists.

No, for example whis time rewind is only like 3 minute while god man is billions of years if not more, their Feats is not even worth to be mentioned as indicated that zeno can resist time hax from god man caliber.

Resusting 3 minutes of time rewind and a billion years is irrelevant.
It's the same action, stopping time for 1 second and 10 has the same effect, the only difference is length. If ya can move in stopped time ya can move in stopped time, it doesn't matter unless specified how long.
Same for most time abilities.

Not even remotely? Mind hax can have potency, time hax is usually all the same, only defined by the length of time it's in effect.
Dio's time stop is 9 seconds, Jotaro's is 5, neither is more powerful than the other despite the difference in length.
