Zephyr VS a Fishy boi

FIshman starts in high 7-A. does fishman get past wind form and oneshot, or does zephyr SWORD and oneshot. let's find out. who wins? Speed Equal, and i'm gonna restrict the elite armor, not like it should change TOO much.

Zephyr:

Fishman boi: 1

So as you said to the other thread, SBA

I dont know what will Zephyr on Ten Tails will pull out, but you can make your arguments here while i make mine:

Fishmen, if touched by water, will trigger the Water boost, which would make them exponentially more faster (this might be under speed equalization or not)

Fishmen, knowing Zephyr is a huge threat, will use ice-based attack right off the bat. If Zephyr suddenly overpowers the Fishmen by some other reason, it will pull out Absolute Ice. (Basically Absolute Zero)

Im assuming the Fishmen has his Elite armor here, so heat based attacks will literally not affect the Fishmen if Zephyr tries to exploit that weakness.

And here is where it comes the Fishmen trump cards.

Reverse Whirlpool and Whirlpool

I will tell you how they work. The Fishmen creates an small Whirlpool with his water Mana in his hand with the mere purpose to nullify incoming attacks. The Fishmen will try to block the attacks with that small whirlpool on his hand either to eat the attacks or just to tire out his opponent. This is normal whirlpool. Reverse Whirlpool is the same mechanic, but instead of nullifying it is reflecting the attacks back to the target.

The Fishmen can also regen from decapitation or lost limbs, might take about 10 seconds to fully recover, but it does regen.

These are my arguments, pull out yours.

Zephyr's sword nullifies pretty much anything with a slice. regen won't matter if he hits it. same with attack reflection or the fishman's own nullification.

If either of you are wondering why I just edited the profiles, it was just formatting edits. I'm just saying this here to clear any potential confusion.

Then Absolute Zero should do it.
what does the average fishman open with? also, i think we should restrict the elite armor.
Since this is SBA Fishmen will just go straight out with Ice Mana (Ice manip) They would normally start out with weapons but since they have none they will start with this. If the threat is too huge then they will shift to Absolute Zero although this will cause them to tire out somewhat faster.

Elite armor doesn't really matter since you just said Zephyr has dura negation, but heat resistance is removed then. If Zephyr throws water at them then he is likely to get speedblitzed, but idk what Zephyr starts with.

i don't know if fishmen would percieve zephyr as a threat. Considering it's a fish person, zephyr will probably open with either heat or electricity, definitely not water. he'll use that to distract them, using wind form and wind cloak to get in close for a hit

SBA means both are in chracter but willing to kill, so they obviously perceive him as a threat. Also Fishmen have Wind manip in case Zephy is only affected by this, although using Wind is somewhat OOC for them but they still can use it if the opponent is only affected by this.

Wind won't affect zephyr more than any other element.

Then it really depends who uses their move first. Zephyr can oneshot Fishmen with heat and Fishmen can Absolute Ice Zephyr. I think this is going inconclusive, btw, please someone vote aside from me :eyes:

Yeah, i suppose either way it's a 50/50 chance. I guess props to zephyr for taking on someone of another tier.
