Zarathos Controlled Ghost Rider

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, maybe it has but the Ghost Rider on the Wiki, his stats are from a Johnny Controlled Ghost Rider. The Handbook Iirc doesn't account for Zarathos taking control and as stated by Strange, the Host acts a safety net and Caps the SoV's power.

Strange specifically states that The Ghost Rider (Zarathos) can Possibly defeat the Hulk if Blaze isn't in control and ths is showcased as Johnny wasn't able to do anything to Hulk but as soon as Zarathos takes control when Johnny is knockd out, He makes the Hulk Scream in pain with his HellFire Nova:

Ghostrider-vs-hulk

Now the problem with this is...we can't really guage his other feats as Zarathos because, much like Strange, he primarily fights demons and extra-dimensional beings who don't all the time have a quantifiable power. I don't think this is necessarily against the rules but as this is iirc his highest quantifiable feat, can we upgrade the Ghost Rider to Possible 4-B (Stated by Strange to possibly defeat the Hulk while controlled by Zarathos)?

Or is it not enough to justify the upgrade?

It is not quantifiable. Sorry. The Hulk has been knocked out by an ordinary python, or Captain America, and been seriously injured by regular gorillas.

Marvel is usually not consistent in the slightest, and all characters constantly have their power levels adjusted to their opponents, which makes it almost impossible to gauge without feats, consistent comparative matchup displays (for example Thor versus Hulk), or official handbook ratings. And even that is highly suspicious.

First hulk wasn't screaming, he merely expressed a sorta suprised emotion the moment Zarthos took over becasue he was merely blinded from the sudden brightness and heat from the hellfire explosion created from Zarthos awakening. In the next panel hulk is clearly not amused and stares at Zarthos/ghost rider with a blank expression.

Hulk Was clearly hurt by it as noted by his "GRRRRRRRAAAAAHHHHHH!!!" Scream.

Yeah he could endure it but it did hurt and made him scream.

Hulk getting knocked out by Cap and a python seem like simple low-ends.
Or basically PIS to help the story, plus TBH it's been a very long time since something bad has happen. And any time the hulk(or basically any top tier) here knocked down by a lower tier, they give a really good reason why before the fight or after in order for the story to make sense really.
