Hm... a guy whose main method of attack is ice and can absorb it to get stronger and is resistant to it VS a gal whose main method of attack is ice but can't absorb it to get stronger and isn't resistant to it

This version of Gray cannot absord (or eat in FT term) ice actually.

What Homu said. He only got the absorbing ice ability once he got his devil slaying powers. Not to mention gray isn't resistant to ice at this point.

@Homu well from what I'm looking at from the calc, she's not really in that big of a disadvantage since she's scaled from a 79 ton feat. Which is only 20 tons away from what Gray's at right now.

Gray is able to resist cold, if Mami's ice revolves on freezing opponents or something like that she'll have problems, if not, the fight's fair

@Triforce he's not resistant to ice based attacks at this point in Fairy Tail, and Mami isn't being used here.

Ops, I misread, my bad. He's resistant to cold but not to ice based attacks, so if her attacks are cold-based, Gray is immune, if they're ice based, Gray is not
