I believe I can fly! Beyond that, i can smack others down with my hair. can be useful, can be used to block attacks and catch people by surprise

can be used to protect me and to make vheicles to move around and spikes to teleport into others

Speed equal.

Tier:10-A, 9-C to 9-B through ice constructs.


Survival tactic: -use teleportation to steal money and get away whitout being onehot by ninjas

-get enough influence through money to get at least a medic nin to party up with me

-stay low till the third war

-get a zetsu arm and get that sweet sweet hashirama bullshit.

-Teleport the rinnegan away from madara from afar, and get a piece of naruto and sasukes flesh.

-possibly teleport hair and ice inside madaras lungs, hearth and throath, hopefully slowing him enough to get him killed.

-implant narutos and sasukes flesh, possibly becoming capable of using the rinnegan of madara

-kill black zetsu, i should have at least that much power by this point.

-obtain the tenseigan once activated through teleporting it away from the moon guy, and become the strongest guy in verse as naruto and sasuke did not have the deus ex machina powerup

So I have a magical entity that enhances my abilities and enables me to use magic, the ability to change my powers at will as well as the power to induce the effect of rolling into my targets...I'm pretty sure I could beat pretty much anyone Pre-War Arc. I could only seriously picture Itachi or Pein being capable of stopping me and even then it seems pretty doubtful.
