Not really. He can find out who to smash and who not too, but he's not that intellegent, neither of these two are, they are both too busy being angry to think.

Sam's best feat with Toon Force is basically his AP. Hulk's durability is about 40000x Sam's AP(which is exactly what Radical stated).
