Harribel doesn't have a 6-B key, she's only 6-B with one technique.

Yoruichi would stomp regardless, she was able to fight Chrysalis Aizen and she's comparable to Isshin who was sort of overpowering base Aizen, that same base Aizen that one shot Harribel and is stated to be superior to all of the Espada individually and probably even combined.

Yoruichi is obviously stronger even without taking TYBW into account. Just FKT arc alone shows the difference between them.

Even though aizen one shot Harribel. She wasn't actually ready to fight him it was a betrayal.
Wouldn't harribel if ready to fight yoruichi have massive range advantages? Yoruichi would have to get close in the first place. And even though yoruichi is comparable to base aizen. I dont think she can just one shot her nearly as easily if she's on guard.

He wasn't going all out sure, but they damaged him at times, regardless what is more important is that they're pretty clearly relative to his base form, which is far above Harribel.

I know it's a necro bump but.
Harribel did get access to a 2nd release and should be somewhat comparable to grimjow now. She said she'd not want to fight him however. And grimjow did end up being relative to Askin who beat yoruichi.
Also note that harribel in the tybw was defeated by yuwach himself. With no difficulty but he still had to be the one to beat her.
