I wanna propose an upgrade for Yonggary (Heisei)

Here's evidence for why he's above tier 9-A

He has also very consistent destroying Skyscrapers feats, which is Multi-City Block level+ to Small Town level according common feats blog

Thoughts?

He does not seem to destroy the whole skyscraper there, but rather the top 7-8 floors or so, which is a lot, but I don't know if this would qualify it for the proposed Tier.

If anything, this looks more like something that should be hit up with the calc group than anything.
