The only thing that matters against Ruphas is her Lifthrasir (basically same function as Reinhard's LLT) and her resistances on a 1-A level even her lower keys has this. She also has passive supernatural luck

Well, Goddess Avatar with special privileage cannot EE her, cannot kill, nor mindhax her, that mindhax is soul based, IIRC Benetnash stated she was able to Resist Goddess Mindhax because she have strong soul, also there is probably many more, just wait until 70+ chapter or so to be translated.
