The weak version of Alphamon would stomp the weak version of Yncarne but the strong version of Yncarne would stomp Alphamon.

Digimon isn't owned by Toei, it's owned by Bandai-Namco. Toei just does the anime, which is a small fraction of the entire franchise (despite it being the most popular aspect). It's primarily a pet simulator franchise tho

Yeah, that's just the anime. The other main parts of the Digimon canon take place outside of the anime. Everything else takes place in games and manga. And card games.

Hard to judge from the Yncarne's single appearance, so far. So I don't feel confident in any answer I can give.
