As I see it, it will be a replay of "powers sealed Yhwach vs Ichigo", Cross.

All of Yhwach's hax will be sealed. And Kharn has the same ammount of AP as Ichigo, who cut Yhwach in half in a single strike when he had no hax to use.

So like due to how Kharn's main use of powers works, he can simply nullify all of Yhwach's powers (idk if we're assuming we're giving him the Sternritters powers or not but doesn't seem so) forcing the latter to fight on equal grounds even tho part of Yhwach's fights were of hax-related.

Yeah, this might be a stomp then if anything. Kharn has about the same AP as Ichigo like you said Fate, meaning he can also cut down Yhwach once he gets close to him. Another fact is that he has an ax that can soul suck so that might be even worse for Yhwach.

So given this, i think i'll close this up...
