Speed Amplification (Sonic noted to be able to move faster with a ring in hand)
More Power Bestowal (Monkey Khan upon putting on a Power Ring gained abilities to summon lightning and a nimbus cloud to ride on, with these abilities remaining even after Ring was taken off)
Sonic gets;
Finally, Accelerated Development (Battle; Physical Stats & Abilities - Went from being unable to do anything to a regular Mecha Sally to be able to grapple with an Upgraded, Ring Powered version of her. Went from barely being able to keep up with Mecha to almost blitzing her, only losing because of an unforseen move. Can continuously keep up with Knuckles' own Accelerated Development, with the Echidna going from being unable to defeat Snively's Egg Lobster to tearing apart Egg Beater, Eggman's most powerful mech at the time. Seemingly went from being unable to do anything to Iron King to knocking him off his legs. Was capable of outpacing, outmanevering and tricking E.V.E's forms despite her containing the most powerful A.I of all of Robotnik's creations, thousands of pages worth of information and data on Sonic and being able to rapidly evolve and improve as she changed forms, Sonic would later on outpace and seemingly damage parts of her final form in Space. Extremely quickly learned Extreme Gear Riding, easily matching the master of the craft - Jet the Hawk. While having no true experience of fighting with swords, he very easily got a hold of Sword of Light and even combined it with his other techniques. Likely learned Chaos Control after witnessing Shadow doing it like in the games)
Super Forms and above gain:
Enhanced Clairvoyance (A.D.A.M by connecting with 7 Chaos Emeralds was able to know exact locations of each Chaos Emerald in the universe)
Zone Cops get at least 1 Layer to their Power Nulls due to being able to restrain beings as strong as Dark Enerjak
From this cover of a Sonic Villains book, Jet and Wave possibly get their Bashōsen fans and Wrench respectively.
Robotnik Prime gets:
Minor Breath Attack (Destroyed his badnik this way)
Through manipulation of Nanites, Nicole, Eggman and A.D.A.M get:
Pain Manipulation (Activated nanites caused pain in Geoffrey's secret service members)
Duplication (Nanites can duplicate themselves, going from 1 to a 1000 quickly)
Construction (Nanites can be used to construct anything, from Mechs, to Robots to entire Cities)
Absorption (Nanites can absorb other machinery)
