Outside the fact Huayian said Yunli cannot best Yanqing, he performed far better than her and March against Hoolay, then we have his crazy ammounts of amps and… the jokes on tiktok being “hes strong he fan freeze enemies”

Feixiao is considered stronger in battle while Jing yuan is a better strategist

The difference should not be too large to be considered a stomp by any means, if you gives the buff, then she clearly has the Ap advantage by a lot

Now, the funny thing of the profiles, the lightning lord hitting Feixiao once or the flying aureus hitting Jing Yuan are considered one shots for being 1-B attacks hitting 3-B bodies? Because in that case Jing Yuan with his strategic prowess could be the one winning via skill, but eitherway, both have their advantages

in reality both should be 1-B in physicals (LL and Aureus) so the fight would still be fair, anyway bloodlusted feixiao would probably lose due to losing her BiQ and Normal one would either win trough better combat or pull the trigger (Flying Aureus) first

Feixiao after consuming Hoolay has her sanity intact while transformed

But she does not know how to transform into that state, that type of transformations can't be restricted in a fight, so the sudden increase in speed and AP should be an advantage

Also, it seems that Feixiao easily outranges except with the hyperversal abilities, where both are equal
 
I mean, Feixiao can still outlast Jing Yuan via superior stamina and supernatural willpower, and regarding FA and LL, both should be aware of each other spirits and how powerful they are as fellow Generals, so hitting each should be hard
 
I could go either way, both have strong spirits. At worst is incon but Feixao seems more of an fighter for me
 
Honestly I see it more as an inconclusive but I'll vote Jing Yuan here for being the better strategist, and while Feixiao seems like the better combatant, Jing Yuan himself isn't a slouch either so I doubt it would be enough to skill diff.
