Intelligence goes to Yandere chan; she can pick up skills in an incredibly short amount of time and is quite manipulative (vs an intelligence rating that pretty much says "i like to read"). While Kotonoha is proficient in martial arts, Ayano doesn't lag behind, and she has much more options in terms of weaponry.
Ayano also has greater stamina, as well as a greater lifting strength (Which should lend her a hand in physically overpowering her).
My vote goes to Ayano.

I would say that Lil' Miss Katsura could take Ayano out with a surprise Iaido attack, but Yandere-vision could probably see it coming.
