Soul hax is usually defined by potency, e.g. how many people you can nail at once. If you are a planet buster without soulhax resistancs, being soulhaxed means jack. Though, soulhaxing Tier 2s and above also works, via soulhaxing beings literally of other dimensions, but that varies from verse to verse..
