Yamato vs Queen

. Queen has a lot of poisons that Yamato has no resistance to, if Yamato starts with the ice armor an incon might even be an option since some of the poisons become practically useless.

They should both be knowledgable about each other, as Queen has been part of the Beast Pirates since around the time Yamato was born. Queen also didn't seem surprised to learn that Yamato held off Kaidou.

Yes, it makes sense that Queen would know about Yamato. The thing is, Yamato spent most of her life imprisoned, does she have knowledge of Queen's battle capabilities? She must have a vague idea that Queen uses poisons.

She probably is to some extent. She was aware of both Drake and Apoo's who joined fairly recently so I wouldn't be surprised if that extends to Queen as well.
