Essentially, if a transition DID occur, it would likely be mentioned here. That being said, the purchase of Bandai Namco Singapore by Nintendo went through on April 1st, and they allegedly mentioned "other actions" still pendant after that. I'm not entirely sure what that means, so take it as you will.
