In this match up, both can use anything and everything they ever have made (any Terminators, Kankerlats, nano viruses, Krabs, Mega Tanks, Scyphozoas, Kolossuses, Hornets, Bloks, etc.) and reproduce them. This takes place in a virtual world, that is not Lyoko, in a network of supercomputers and factories with all needed supplies for any creations they have ever made or possessed (including the following (all are incapacitated and trapped by their respective verse's baddies): John Conner, Ulrich's empty virtual body, Jeremie Belpois, Nurse Yolanda, Ms. Hertz, Jim Morales, teddy bears, chemical trains, pyrotechnics, etc.).

XANA has the keys to Lyoko and is at full strength Skynet is at full strength. Not sure if speed equaliztion is needed since these two are A.Is...
