I'm not sure how Eugene's time manipulation works but if he can stop time for a little bit I would give him the edge for being able to weaken Wulfgar from the start of the match. Wulfgar would most likely survive for a while due to regen, but if Eugene can stop time and spam it I think he takes this rather well.

Well realistically speaking killing an opponents ancestor is out of character but when bloodlusted it is an option. It doesn have a limit per say, but rather a range. He can dilute time, or accelerate it but he can't send someone into another timeline.

The ability was vauge so I kinda assumed he could stop time, but when you say "dilute time" what do you mean by that? could you give an example? And is stoping time an actual utility for his ability or did I misconstrue his powers? @RinkakuKagune

He can actually stop time, and by dilute time I mean drastically slow it down or accelerate it forwards.

Alright good, then I'm sticking with Eugene then. Time Stop is a really good ability, it's hard to counter without some kind of resistance.
