Regenerationn, higher versatility and most of all, Large Country AP and Dura vs "Likely Country" AP and Dura make this a stomp for Wulfgar.

Flame can't scratch him while one hit from Wulf and he's ded.

I have to agree with Fate here (and yes, this is not a vote).

Looking at both pages, Flame doesn't have a whole lot to go by along with only being 6-B (Though idk if he's meant to be that or likely that given his stats don't match up with the tier). And, assuming the abilities shown on his page really apply to all forms, that makes it even more of a stomp on Wulfgar's side.

So yeah, i wouldn't really add this given power difference and versatility between the two here as Fate pointed out.
