Hard to say, they are shown firing in the same panel he dodges them, maybe it could be a likely with a calc

Alright, I'm adding it to my list of calcs to ask about this verse.

Well, there is an afterimage to note he's fast; at least Subsonic. But considering it happened off panel and know visible demonstration of the bullet in motion; the default is that he aimed dodged it. But comparing the distance he is from the after image and comparing that to the bullet traveled from the bullet might lead to something.
