So let's say there's a construct that is an exact mirror of the real world. This construct contains all of the phenomena that the real world has. Someone or something can interface with this construct and its phenomena to manipulate the phenomena in the real world. Additionally, the construct in question also encompasses several other universes in its structure as there have been instances of other universes merging with the main one. Does any of this imply a sort of transcendence or qualitive(?) superiority?

If you need more context I'll be happy to provide it but I just mainly wanted to keep it vague in the that case what I'm describing isn't actually Low 1-C. But, if needed, I can provide the specific scans and verse-related information behind it.
