Would this be Fragmentation or Violent Fragmentation?

Having a hard time deciding since right during the collision, a tire and some pieces of metal can be seen flying away from the impact, and I don't know if those would be considered large fragments or small fragments.

The clip doesn't really show most of the wreck, so it's hard to tell. I'd say more likely fragmentation, but you might be able to convince that it fits as violent fragmentation. I'd wait until you get a second opinion
