Would this be considered Power Nullification or something else?

I asked this question a long time ago I think but couldn't remember the answer so here it goes again.

Vlad Plasmius harmed Danny to the point where he was reverting back to his human form but Vlad stopped the process and said "we can't have you changing back to Danny Fenton now can we?".

So Vlad stopped the process of Danny transforming back into human form. Would this be Power Nullification? The reason I'm asking is because if it was Power Nullification, Danny would have reverted back into human form like he always does. This is different, it's basically like Goku about to revert back to his base form from Super Saiyan but then the villain somehow keeps him in the for despite him powering down.

Power Modification, a limited or minor version of it, since the ability interfere with Danny transformation rather than negate its effect. That is my interpretation so it might not be true.

Either that or Statistics Amplification because Vlad simply give Danny enough energy to not revert back to human form.

The problem with this is doesn't show him give him any energy. Usually it shows when ghosts channel their energy into something or someone.

Maybe it's a weird sort of transformation negation, In Forever Phantom going back to human is considered a ghost power that can be taken away so...

Hmm I completely forgot about this... it's just weird but I guess if they consider transforming back a power it would just be Transformation Negation.
