Would String Theory by itself give any rating, and cosmology question

Pretty much the title. Asking this because the novel I'm reading mentions something similar;

So, Tie Gang took action. He remembered something Wang Wei once told him as an idea to help his Vibration Dao and help him create new techniques.

"Imagine everything in the world is made of strings–matter, energy, soul, the spirit, consciousness, and even the laws of Heaven and Earth. And the world functions properly based on how these strings vibrate."

His legacy was the Vibration World, a dimension not ruled by laws but by countless strings in which each vibration corresponds to a Dao or some aspect of reality. The Iron Fist Emperor asked the world to help create some of these strings.

With statements that this was based on Quantum String Theory.

Additionally, I had a bit of a question about cosmology sizes. In-verse, there exists an infinite Lower Dimension/World, and one can create an Infinite amount of Space-Time (Direct Statement), and yet all of this was considered a small piece of land in the Upper Dimension. And in the Upper Dimension, there are many worlds that are infinitely large. Then, all of these are composed in a single Timeline, which holds absolutely everything. Then, there's an uncountable amount of strings of Time, with each string corresponding to a single Timeline. AND THEN, there's a place called Hong where every concept exists all at once, with those existing there being called "Detachment Beings", those who were detached from everything, including cause and effect, and were stated to transcend time and space in its entirety.

In other words, Hong > River of Time (Uncountable amount of timelines) > single Timeline > Upper Dimension (Considers a place that is infinite and could contain infinite space-times as a small piece of land) > Lower Dimension (Infinite In size, and called a Void) > Infinite Space-Times.

Would it be possible, even ignoring the string theory shenanigans, for a Single Timeline or Upper Dimension to be Low 1-C, and is Hong 1-C or perhaps higher?

the upper dimension and lower dimension stuff doesnt seem to be referring to different dimensionality but instead different realms and higher dimensions aren't really any sort of higher realm unless a verse makes it very clear. string theory doesn't really scale anywhere by itself and from what I see they'd be small sized dimensions due to strings.

Upper Realm dudes were often referred to as Higher Dimensional (Shown as they don't see time linearly at all, and there was a feat of a character holding all of space and time in his eyes).

The problem is, In-verse (specifically the timeline the MC is in) doesn't allow for Higher Dimensionality or Lower Dimensionality.

I made a thread about this before, and I'll basically Copy-Paste it, in order to get your opinion on it;

The supreme being just made the laws/rules of time and space super strong that logically 4th dimensional beings aren't in that dimension. This is further supported by an analogy made by the Mc, where it basically goes; There exists a Kun Fish, and it was just a fish but it desired more, so it broke the shackles of the ocean/heaven and earth, and became a fish with over 30 thousand mile long wingspan. There's additionally another statement that had the Rules of Time weren't reinforced, then Paragons (Beings above the 4th dimensional creatures) could toy with River of Time as they pleased.

Another reason is that the Supreme Being just hasn't made/implemented the whole dimensional layering yet, since the MC discovered the 2nd dimension, and its civilization (Made of points and lines), and was surprised they exist since the world he was currently in had vastly different laws than those of Earth/Previous universe and their laws of physics. Then he procedeed to mention that the supreme being is taking ideas from his previous universe and is implementing it.

Additionally, when the MC went into a world and use a forbidden way to introduce science and technology to the world he entered (Still in the same universe but bent the rules in some weird way and allowed for something that didn't previously exist in the universe), he was able to make a world, and he divided that world into dimensional layers, with each layer containing different civilizations. And it was stated that he let one of the civilizations grow, to the point they created Quantum Technology to explore other dimensional layers, and started to confront higher dimensional civilizations.

I was thinking that this could be similar to the whole "Presentism" shenanigans that characters from other series have, similar to Lightning is the Only Way, where in their own verse, past or future doesn't exist, only the present, so they logically should have Acausality type 2, but in the versus matchup or different cosmology where past and future does exist, they'd be assumed to have a past and a future as well (I think).

Here's the statement about the Dimensional Layers. Admittedly it's vague, and I'm unsure whether it fits the bill, especially considering how the verse works;

He had divided this world into dimensional layers, each containing different civilizations with possibilities to evolve and improve. Wang Wei headed to the highest layer where the Watchers - an immortal race that he created tasked with observing and recording all knowledge and development of these civilizations. The Watchers contained a library with all this universe's information, history, and innovation since the beginning of time.

Wang Wei had a deep frown as he reviewed the information. He started with the development of [Earth], and he was not happy with the result. In many layers, different types of humans eventually become the dominant species. Although statistically, Homo Sapiens are more likely to be the final victor, it was not always the case.

Then, these species would evolve until they took the stars, spread to the universe, created Quantum Technology to explore other dimensional layers, and started their path of confronting higher dimensional civilizations. Wang Wei was more than happy with how science and technology developed; his dissatisfaction was with how the other aspect of society evolved.

Edit: Also found this about Hongmeng if it helps. Chaos existed before everything, and gave birth to all things, which would include Wuji (The whole from one came two, three, etc... are all in verse);

The two young and immortal like people were living in a strange place. In this strange place that appeared all white, all existing concepts exist simultaneously or at the same time.

You could see space, time, matter, energy, life, death, reality, dreams, fantasy, yin and yang, absolute beginning, absolute end...etc.

All the concepts known and unknown to human cognition exist simultaneously in this strange place: Its name is Hongmeng.

According to cultivators' understanding of the Dao, Chaos existed before the birth of the universe. Chaos gave birth to all things. Then what was before Chaos? What gave birth to chaos? The answer is Hongmeng.Hongmeng existed before chaos.

And there's this feat about a Hongmeng (Detachment entity).

As far as I understand it, string theory attempts to define a large number of dimensions on a local scale instead of those of the nature that encompass and transcend spacetime. I am not knowledgeable in this area so don't take my word for it. Im fairly sure they're an iffy way of justifying tier 1 though.

The thing is, the strings there encompass all the laws of heaven and earth (which are concepts, btw), with said worlds being laughably larger than our universe, and from the concepts, there are the concepts of time and space.

Additionally, the world confirms stuff about actual higher and lower dimensions, and it was stated that in the MC's previous world (aka our world), stuff like higher dimensions were a thing, but in the world he is in, the supreme being there has not implemented it, and just only recently started adding stuff like lower dimensions and stuff.

I don't have the scan on me rn since I'm out, but it was mentioned that in the second dimension, there were things like living lines and shapes that talk and move.
