So basically i looked at all things needed to get Chi manipulation and Reiryoku fits all boxes.
-it is vital energy since Reiryoku is tied to a Shinigami life force and if their Reiryoku completely disappears they die.
-Reiryoku strenghtens the body as explained by Kenpachi and even Releasing too much of it can break your body,like Ichigo almost did.
-i mean its obvious you can emmit Reiryoku.
-there is reikaku which is like Chi sensing, it is used to sense Reiatsu of the opponent.
-movement is also quite obvious.
Do would reiryoku count as Chi?
