-Changed stats due to checking over her one main appearance (I have no real idea on how to calc the ice bridge destruction, so if anyone else wants to take a crack at it that'd be swell)

Gray Boy
-Gray Boy should be downgraded to 10-C physically, in Interlude 25 he's described as looking between 10 to 14, and he has no real physical feats besides speed, so no reason to assume he's super strong for his age.
-Another Gray Boy change is rolling both his powernull and longevity justifications into his time manipulation. This is because neither of these really fit the powers indexing wise.
Gray Boy is not nulling the powers of people trapped inside of them, he's just trapping the power inside. Meanwhile longevity is about aging more slowly relative to humans, but Gray Boy ages normally, he just loops his body backwards to stay young.
-Can we rename the page to Gray Boy (Parahuman) or something, no idea why he has "The" there.

Small Misc Changes
-Leviathan should get Bodily Weaponry for his fins.
-Echidna should get Breath Attack for her projectile vomits.

Looks good though i disagree with putting Gray Boy's power null simply under time manipulation, imo it fit more as sealing since it prevent powers from getting out of the loop.

Again, he just loops himself in time.
If someone had stronger time manipulation they could age him to death like a regular person, or alternatively powernull lets that happen as well. The moment his power runs out he also ages normally (Albeit that does take a looooong while).

Anyways I'll start applying the rest at least.
