Wondering when will 2-C Kirby comes to reality....

I've been hearing tons of 2-C arguments about Kirby, which totally agree on. I've also Void Termina's profile who is 4-A (of course) which I sorta disagree on since he kinda looks like he's able to make shock waves and is also able to make electrical bow arrow-like weapons from the sky, idk man correct me if I'm wrong I'm new to this stuff.

There is a note in his profile saying that we need one of a few Jap. guides a certain game has to state certain feat to be what and how we figured it is. After that happens, we'll all have 2-C Kirby, but not before it. Somebody just needs to spend actual money on that and upload some pages of it, and that presents a problem.
