I feel like Ruby might be able to get the dub here due to her versatility. If she can get the advantage here by paralyzing her with Lightning Dust or using Gravity Dust (which is apparently stronger than her base attacks) on Wondy, she might have this in the bag, so I'm leaning towards her.

Hm. Anybody know the starting moves for Wonder Woman? Also, while it is likely that Ruby has the better skill chain, Wonder Woman is no slouch when it comes to skill and might be the more experienced of the two, so that might come in handy.
