In terms of their current stats on this wiki, they're pretty equal overall. WW has the experience edge for obvious reasons, but Erza far surpasses her in utility and versatility.
I'd give it to Erza 6/10, but it won't be an easy fight for her, that's for sure.
I wonder if the Nakagami Armor would be able to negate the indestructibility of her bracelets (they ARE magic, but we don't know if their toughness comes from an enchantment or from the metal themselves).
