toph wins, if she can bend adamantium wolverine has no way to actually hurt her, he cant speedblitzed and his strength will be greatly lowered by his changed skeleton, she could even turn him into a ball via transforming of adamantium, i would say this counts as BFR

She pins Wolvie to the ground and buries him there, given enough distance.

She'd be able to BFR him pretty easily by opening the ground below him. Assuming he outspeeds her, she might be able to make a wall of rocks to shield herself first.

^how? wolverine isnt fast enough for blitzing, the moment he moves toph can feel it, and in close combat she will simply bend his adamantium skeleton, i dont see wolverine having any chance, actually, if toph can push and pull metal from a distance (2-3 meters) than wolverine wouldnt even be able o come close to her, it is a stomp like magneto vs wolverine (x-men movies)

I doubt she can bend adamantium, but she can just bury Wolvie a few meters underground and be done with it.

oh, the OP changed the setting, bu yeah, even without adamantium bending toph can keep wolverine away and hinder him from moving...

And I've actually seen Wolverine get shot in his dick once and he couldn't really move at all so...
