I will go with Wolverine because his skeletons can make bullets bounce, so Bloodshot's guns will only damage his skin and muscles, but not the bones.

This is Wolverine at his peak, so, I'm guessing that from Days of Future Past (present).

Wolverine at his peak I doubt can ben knocked out by Bloodshot.
